If you’re looking for a real estate agent who will tell you the truth, expertly walk you through the purchase process, and do it all with a witty sense of humor, then you’ve found your agent. I recently purchased my first home with Frank’s outstanding guidance and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.
Most importantly, Frank provides white glove service. He almost always answers his phone and when he doesn’t, he calls back right away. I felt like I was his only client even though I knew I wasn’t. As a first time buyer, I felt like Frank was looking out for my interests while explaining things to me in a way I could understand. Frank stayed with me during the entire home inspection, even climbing up on the roof with me and squeezing into the crawl space.
It’s not hyperbolic to say that the reason I’m in the house of my dreams is largely because of Frank’s skill with people. He is great at forming authentic relationships, including with me and the listing agent. It was fun to spend time with Frank going to open houses (and liking your agent is very important because you do spend a lot of time together), especially because his British humor/humour is quite riotous.
Frank is also a skilled negotiator. We ended up beating out a number of other offers (including a cash offer) on a very competitive property largely because of the rapport and trust that Frank built with the other agent. Frank also connected me to a great loan guy who worked seamlessly with Frank and wrote an amazing pre-approval letter.
Overall, I trust and like Frank. And I promise you that you won’t get better service from anyone else.
