I realized quickly it’s incredibly important to like your realtor. Sure, you must have someone thorough, timely, and knowledgable about real estate in Los Angeles, but when you add up the minutes for car trips, waiting to get into places for viewing, open houses, and phone calls … it really helps if you like your realtor.
I really like Frank as a person and he did a great job helping me purchase my first condo. Knowing I was new to the process Frank was great about teaching, but not lecturing; advising, but not pushing. The result was a great buy for a great price in a place I really love.
